Crafted in sterling silver, this pendant and ring each feature a 6.0mm Ceylon sapphire and diamond accents. The pendant suspends from an 18.0-inch cable chain that secures with a lobster claw clasp. This ring set is available in size 7 only. Sterling silver rings cannot be resized after purchase. Due to the nature of pre-owned jewellery, the ring you choose may have been previously sized. Ring styles from our pre-owned jewellery inventory are sold at their current size and cannot be resized at purchase. As this inventory constantly changes, we are unable to state or guarantee the size of any pre-owned ring.
