For your protection, orders of $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file. UPS® will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package.
We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding Canadian holidays. Note: The estimated delivery date shown in Checkout takes into account weekends and Canadian holidays, if applicable.
Shipping options depend on your shipping address. FMO/CFPO and P.O. Boxes may only be shipped via Canada Post and will require additional time for delivery.
Customized/Personalized Products: Please refer to the actual delivery date shown in Checkout, which includes the additional processing time needed for customization, personalization and ring sizing. RING SIZING: Rings ship in their standard size (7 for ladies and 10 for men) unless a specific size is selected. Please allow up to 6 additional business days for delivery of specified sizes (ex. 5, 8, 11, etc.).
Express Shipping is not available for rings that require sizing, and is also not available for orders to FMO/CFPO address, or P.O. boxes may require additional time for delivery. Express Shipping delivery is available in most areas. Please contact UPS® to find out if this service is available in your area before selecting it as your preferred shipping method. An Estimated Delivery Date will be provided at the time your order is placed. Estimated Delivery Date is the time to process and package the item, PLUS the time to ship to you, based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Customers can obtain their UPS®/USPS tracking number via email once their item has been packaged and is ready for shipment.

How much does it cost?
Cost is currently set at $30.
How long does it take to deliver?
Exact delivery times will vary. If an order is placed by 1pm local time it can be delivered on the same day; orders placed after the cutoff time may not/will not be delivered on the same day. If you have paid for Same-Day Delivery and do not receive the order on the same day, please call Customer Care requesting a refund for the Same-Day Delivery charges.
How do I cancel my same-day delivery?
Orders can be canceled up to the point it has been moved into ‘Ready for Pickup’ status. It can also be canceled via the website during the return period or by contacting Customer Care or the store where the order will be fulfilled. Once the order has been prepared and is Ready for Pickup, it cannot be cancelled.
Do I need to be home to receive my same-day delivery order?
If the order is below $1000, then it will be left in a secure location. If the order is at or above $1000, a signature is required at the time of delivery, and the customer must be home to receive the delivery. In the case where the customer is not home to receive the delivery, the order will be returned to the store and the customer will be refunded.

3. Shop as you would normally. At checkout, select Pickup Your Order and pay for your item(s).
4. We'll email you when your item(s) is ready. You can also opt in to receive texts when your order is ready.
5. You can pick your order up right away or within 7 days.
6. If you are unable to pick up your purchase within 7 days, a one time extension to 10 days is available. After the pickup period has passed (7-10 days), orders will be returned and the original method of payment credited.

4. We'll email or text you when your item(s) is ready. Click on the link in the email or text message, enter your vehicle information and click "I'm On My Way."
5. Once you arrive at our Curbside Pick Up area, click the "I'm Here" button in your email or text message. Follow the prompts for confirmation and an associate will head your way with your purchase. Make sure to have your photo ID handy!
6. We'll hold your purchase for three days. If your purchase is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be returned to stock and the original method of payment credited.
Any purchase made online can be shipped FREE to your local store for pickup!*

4. We will email you when your order arrives.
